What this covers
This Privacy Policy describes what FDS AI (the website at fdsaiofficial.com and the FDS AI Telegram Mini App) processes, and why. It is based on how the product actually works today.
Telegram account & authentication data
FDS AI authenticates through Telegram. FDS AI receives the Telegram profile data Telegram provides at login (such as your Telegram user ID and display name) and uses it to identify your session and account.
Usage data & technical logs
FDS AI processes usage data needed to operate the product — searches you run, features you use, and technical logs (such as request and error logs) used for reliability and abuse prevention.
Subscription & payment metadata
Subscriptions are processed by Paddle (card payments) or Telegram Stars (in-app payments). FDS AI does not receive or store your full card details — Paddle and Telegram handle payment data directly. FDS AI stores subscription status and plan metadata needed to grant access.
Local device storage
The FDS AI Mini App stores conversation history locally in your device’s browser storage so it can restore your recent activity. This stays on your device.
Support communications
If you contact FDS AI for support (currently through the official Telegram channel), FDS AI processes what you send in order to respond.
Third-party providers
FDS AI relies on third-party providers to operate: Telegram (authentication, delivery), Paddle (payment processing), and market/economic data and AI providers used to generate analysis. Using a public data source does not imply a partnership with that provider.
Retention
FDS AI retains data only as required to operate, secure and maintain the service, subject to applicable requirements.
Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your FDS AI data by contacting FDS AI through the official Telegram channel.
Security
FDS AI does not custody funds and never requests seed phrases or private wallet keys. See Security for more.
Changes
This policy may be updated as FDS AI changes. Material changes will update the effective date above.
