FDS AI is an informational and analytical software product: Market Intelligence, P2P Market Intelligence, Economic Intelligence, evidence-backed Search and FDS Network, accessed through the official FDS AI Telegram bot and Mini App. FDS AI does not execute trades, does not custody funds, and does not manage money on your behalf.
No financial guarantee
Nothing in FDS AI is financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. FDS AI does not guarantee profit, and does not guarantee that any market condition, P2P route, spread, fee or opportunity it surfaces remains available or accurate after the moment it was analyzed.
Third-party services
FDS AI relies on Telegram, Paddle, and third-party market/P2P/exchange data. FDS AI is not responsible for the availability, pricing or conduct of those third-party services.
Subscriptions
Pro, Max and Premium subscriptions are billed through Paddle or Telegram Stars at the price shown at checkout on Plans. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation is handled through the payment provider or in-app subscription settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse FDS AI — including attempting to disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Availability
FDS AI is provided on an “as available” basis. No uptime guarantee is made.
Intellectual property
The FDS AI name, branding and product content belong to FDS AI. FDS AI's underlying data is sourced from the third-party providers described in the Privacy Policy and Security pages.
Limitation of liability
FDS AI is an informational tool. To the extent permitted by law, FDS AI is not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made using FDS AI's analysis, or from third-party services FDS AI connects to.
Termination
Access to FDS AI may be restricted or terminated for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
Changes
FDS AI may update the service and these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the effective date above.
